Although it has deep roots in the mining industry, the town of Llanelli (which is in the county of Carmarthenshire) also has many breweries as well. Working in Llanelli is very pleasant, especially as there are many enjoyable leisure facilities. From golf courses to the Millennium Coastal Park which has transformed vast swathes of industrial wasteland, there is much to do in Llanelli. It is regularly being transformed from its former industrial roots to a location where many hours can be spent outdoors.
As with other places in Wales, rugby plays a huge role in Llanelli. With two Rugby Union teams, Llanelli also has many local football teams which are very successful. Llanelli is also a hub of culture as well with historic houses and several museums open throughout the vast majority of the year. Llanelli is also linked to the M4 motorway and it has direct connections to Swansea courtesy of Llanelli's close proximity to the A484 road.
