The BMW 3-Series is a great car, as is the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and Audi A4, but unfortunately, the Rover 75 was never really in the same league. When it was introduced in 1999 the 75 undercut the Germans by some margin, but it looked dated by comparison, especially towards the end of its six-year life. It wasn't a bad car by any means though; it was incredibly comfortable over long distances, and reasonably well built considering it was, in fact, a Rover. At one point, the carmaker stuffed a Ford Mustang-derived V8 under the bonnet (expect frequent fuel stops, if you can even find one to buy that is) - but the best engine is thought to be the BMW 2.0-litre diesel.
78% of current cars for sale are manual, whereas 21% have automatic transmission.
54% of Rover 75 are offered by trade sellers, whereas 46% are private sales.
The average asking price for Rover 75 is currently £1,284, 86% lower than the national average value for all cars of this type which is £9,075.
There are 487 cars available immediately for Rover 75 used cars for sale in UK, compared to 75 in Scotland.
55% of the live vehicles listed have petrol engines, however 44% of them are diesel.
